MC-200 Enclosed Cockpit/Prototype
« on: January 07, 2011, 09:32:00 PM »

~"Although the original prototypes had fully enclosed cockpits, the preferences of Italian pilots ensured that it was an open cockpit, later semi-enclosed."

Works with 4.10m.
Needs a new slot, (Possibly just call it the prototype and remove the arament?)
Mapping on the left side is abit wonky and so I need to know how to make it use a 1 colour(Green) tga.
If there is a cockpit mod for this plane please tell me.

Take it for what it is for now.  ;)

Happy Flying! 8)

Download MC-200 I Enclosed Cockpit Mediafire

As a 3dfix, this is also compatible with 409m

Good job, it could be a SottoSerie 0 or Serie 1 Early

Ah ok well I just thought that the general go with things was that everything needs a new slot.
I suppose if given a slot it could be a Serie 1 Early like Oberst suggested.

And interesting reasons there crazyflak.

Well I'm glad you guys like it. :)

................. bad radio equipment was still strong enough issue to require open cockpit by pilots. (compare to Japanese zero's lacking radio but with closed cockpit)

Also IJN pilots use hands comms but their cockpit was less cramped than italians....

+1 for a new slot!!!

Yes mate it's true but I managed a simple solution:

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,10733.0.html

I got a MODSCORE folder with all the mods inside and a series of other folders with only the air.ini for dedicated area of operation/periods: BEFORE WWI - WESTERN - EASTERN - PACIFIC - POST WAR

In any of them I have less than a quarter of the total mods I have so my new plane limit is about 3500....but as it 'll be reach adding a new folder 'll solve the trick!

Just a note about 6dof https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,10733.msg130791.html#msg130791  because I haven't yet installed TrackIR and I don't know if such exe support it!

Heck well I certainly don't have 800 planes in my install. I have around 50 I think...

But perhaps those who experience crashes have no choice but for Walter's solution.

Yes it is AI only, perhaps if Crazyflak does give it a new slot then he can also give it a Mc-202 cockpit or something.

Just Realised you can just use the Mc-200 III cockpit, but it will have to be on it's own because I will have to change the cockpit 3d so that it has the canopy.

Thanks.
