I-15-M22 & M25, by Lefty & Blitz

These are the two I-15s that appear in the latest Polikarpov Pack from Aviaskins.

Changes to the SAS versions:

~FM data contained in our buttons, so no more need for DiffFM for these.
~Swopped Cockpit for Lower Rez (25%size) cockpit version of alge's Cockpit for the I-15's of this pack.
~Reduced gun Abient Light effect of new MGmodel.

This package is large because it includes two filled skinfolders for thes planes, also from the Polikarpov Pack.

I've got a possibly silly question regarding some of the I-15 models. They have a loadout option of something called a PV1.
Can anyone tell me exactly what these PV1's are? There's no visible loadout on the wings, so is it some kind of different MG setup or what?  ???

Yes, it is the type of gun on the M22. It normally has two, but it has a loadoutoption to have 4. 4x PVI.
When I first saw it I thought it was a type of paint....

PV-1 was the Russian designation for the Vickers machinegun.

No, it's aircraft-mounted modification of Russian infantry's main MG Maxim M1910. The main difference from prototype is an air-cooled barrel instead of water-cooled one.

Approximately 780 rpm (PV-1) vs. 1625 rpm (ShKAS)
