Valid options in conf.ini for hsfx6?

Are below valid in conf.ini?

Those are some of the C&C entries, search the C&C in SAS, and some of them look like Hot Keys commands where you can switch from the default "Toggle Gear" to separate Gear up/down hot-keys.  The C&C read-me in the HSFX 6.0  (il2 root directory: it's called "HSFX V6 Tools and Read me") the C&C read me is in there, that's where I got he stuff in the Code window.

AimpointNoMark = 1  Player no longer changes aimpoint

FACDelay = 15
AFACDelay = 15
FACNoSmoke = 1 will not mark targets

GCIRange = 200  GCI max range in km Effects all GCI's on map
GCIVarAlt = 1 GCI minimum detection height will increase eith range to a max of 8000m
RCGCIRange = 300 GCI max range

VectorMode = 1 object will only send fighters against bombers, also uses GCI variables

FACDelay (time in minutes before FAC begins broadcasting)
FACNoSmoke (1 = on, FAC will not mark targets with smoke)

GCIRange (GCI max range in km. Effects all GCI's on map)
GCIVarAlt (1 = on, GCI minimum detection height will increase with range,
to a maximum of 8000m. Aircraft below 150m will never be detected. This
will lead to generally shorter detection radii for a given maximum range.)

RCGCIRange (maximum range in km)

RESCAPDelay (time in minutes before RESCAP object begins broadcasting)

Dynamic Weather
BestClouds (0 - 7, indicates the best possible weather. Default is 0)
WorstClouds (0 - 7, indicates the worst possible weather. Default is 7)
DWInterval (time in minutes between weather shifts. Default is 20)

ehhm..Noob question of the day....

I see all this [Mods] entries in your conf.ini`s but come this entries with the HSFX installation? where did you get these? I search in the V6 tools & read me`s but no luck..

I'm a bit confused now.

Well, it could be me (true most of the time..), but i cannot seem to enable any catapult settings at all with hsfx6. How can I force AI to use catapults and not constantly crash into the sea? Settings are there right now in conf.ini, but they don't seem to work  :'(
