Changes in version 1.3

Respawn damaged gear FIXED.

all bugs should be fixed

New feature in IL-2, now landing gear will have hydraulic, electric, cable, etc damage.
It will also rect as a normal downed gear creating drag force, can be riped off by bullets
or cannon hits while is down as a normal gear.

This mod has been developed by HG, P & W MODS, under UP 2.01 platform so it will
work nice and smooth under this pack , while other packs and 1 million mods instalations are
not tested.

Before starting an off topic discussion of technical stuff on landing gears
as lock systems, etc these things aren't contemplated in IL-2 code so for that
GO AND CRY TO OLEG
