Good evening gents!
EDIT!!! NEW VERSION AVAILABLE Today I've got a special surprise for you: It's the Heinkel He-111 P-2 !
The He-111 P-2 was mainly used during the early stages of the war:invasion of Poland, BoF and the BoB 1940. The He 111 P series incorporated the updated Daimler-Benz DB 601A-1 water cooled engine and featured for the first time the glazed nose section that included the cockpit.
The aircraft could carry 2000 Kg of Bombs in internal racks and the defensive armament was composed by three mg15 guns in frontal, dorsal and ventral position.
This is an improved version of the plane previously available and features: the historically correct crew of four members (known bug when ejecting you will see six parachutes), 3 mg as defensive armament, up to 2000 Kg of bombs and an entirely new FM that uses the DB-601-A-1 Engine.
to get this plane flyable just copy&paste the Air_He-111P-2 folder into your Mods folder in ..../Il2 Sturmovik 1946/Mods
As this plane uses a new FM make sure that you download the latest version of the United buttons that is currently available at this site http://specialaircraftservice.com/sas/index.php/topic,97.0.htmlif you have the previous version of the He-111P-2 you are advised to remove it as the new version is more accurate and historically correct. However if want to keep it nothing will happen to your game as class file and air.ini entries are different
