Regarding installation - should I place those missons folders...where exactly?

Main installation folder, missions>campaigns>GB.  Thats how I installed it and now have 6 missions, with a few holes but so far surving. There is also a readme in PDF that gives installation instructions, that is of course you have a program that can open PDF, good luck.

So far, it seems an excellent campaign. (B of B)
Just one question. On the 4th mission or so, it looked like I was going to be flying a French Hawk, but when I started the mission, a message came up that told me that I was being switched back to the proper Battle. This has happened before in different campaigns....without the change-back.

I've never flown a campaign before that has told me where I was, and where the enemy fighters were. with inflight messages.  Is that a DBW thing, or is it a 4.101 thing?

G'day Monty 27,

Also having trouble with BoB mission 4, says I'm going to fly Avia S-199, windows me to tell me I'm going to be in the Battle,
the blows me up immediately entering mission (5 times so far).

Have D/loaded v1.3 but still a prob.

Tried removing AI Mod but it didn't help, same problem playing it as a Single Mission.

I know the Battle was a deathtrap but I was hoping to at least start the motor first   

Hope there is a fix as I am enjoying this campaign.

Toad, sounds like the classic exploding spawns, but this time I think it's a delayed start.
Looking at the mission (France4) the Battles have a 14 min start delay, and you're flying them, so no player plane available and you get the Avia as default.
Try removing the start delay and see if it works, if they still explode there must be a bad regiment or loadout, can't check right now, but look in the console for "can't find xxx" errors.
p.s. Lived in NSW, near Sydney, long time ago now, 40  years, but Oyster Bay, wow, childhood memories!
