Well, there were some attempts of SAM, but I don't think it ended up successfully. Making a guided weapon needs a lot of effort and a skilled programmer. Plus, the SAM needs search, scan and track radars, that's more programming.

For this huge project, you should add some info about the guidance system, launching procedure... and such. What objects were needed, how they were connected, what each one was doing,... The site can be done from "normal" objects, but then you need to have things to fill it.

 I m requesting the static one, as a target for Wild weasel operations in vietnam,  mid east, even africa.
