James: I removed your post, as this is a 4.10 only mod, so not apllicable to 409.
Bolox: About your red light problem, it is because you should add the entry for the AFN2 stuff to the hier files. Only applicable to the D-3 and D-5 cockpits.
Since they are controlled from the classfile and called for, everytime you fly the cockpit you will see the error in the log.
I attach the contents of the 4.10 and 4.101 complete Ju87 cockpit upgrades. So these are the files that changed form 4.09 to 4.101, and you can find the AFN entries in them, and the new mat and msh files and stuff, and bring your pits up to speed.
Since your cockpits have customised Hier files, with things moved around, you may find that the red light is not in the correct position. But the light only comes on for a few seconds when it's active, so it is a bitch to move. To be able to see it all the time so you can move it, use this trick:
Copy the whole [AFN2_RED] entry to your hier at the bottom (you will find them at the bottom of the stock 4.101 hier.him in the attachment)
Then, make another copy of the entry below that, and rename that entry to something else, like [REDLIGHTTEST]
as so:
[REDLIGHTTEST]
Mesh AFN2_RED
Parent Panel_D0
Attaching 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0.010396 0.030178 0.030358
That way, the classfile wont switch it off when its not supposed to be on. It will be shining all the time.
Adjust the coordinates of that then till you have it shining from behind the little round window in the middle of the AFN2 gauge.
Copy those coordinates then to the proper AFN2 entry, and delete the REDLIGHTNIGHT one.
you can do the same trick with the [AFN2_NIGHT] entry, which is just the night lighting of the gauge itself.
It is in fact a usefull trick with any classfile controlled appearing/dissapearing mesh, like damage panels and such.
Hope it helps!
