can you add aircraft using JSGME mod switcher?

hey all i was happy to find out that I cound have 4.10 and HSFX on one install with JSGME but my main problem are adding new aircraft that are only for 4.10. will i have to move all my mods out of the MODS folder went playing 4.10 this way or can i use JSGME to add remove aircraft?
