Look here https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,22.0.html

60% are .ini problems usually air.ini - bet you have a false entry or a non existent plane in there ??

And i'm pretty sure you will not be able to run both diffm's as per my previous reply !!

Oh, that was my fault for confusing you with misspelling of my folder name "00_Gameplay_DiffFm_409_410", I only have one DiffFM.  I should have been more careful with what I name my folder, because it caused confusion here.  I only installed your DiffFM and ZINIFiles, that's it and still have 60 percent crash after following your instruction.  I will Debug through my air.ini to see what have caused me crashing though, and thank you for the patience.

Chaoic out...

Yeah, it caused a crash for me as well at 60%.
I put everything where it was supposed to be, and I checked my air.ini carefully, but I still get the crash...

I copied the file "flightmodels.ini" in the folder \MODS\STD\com\maddox\IL2\objects.
I copied the two files "buttons" in the \MODS\STD\gui\game. By accepting the replacement of the old "buttons ".
I copied the file "294ABC86A89FAEB4" in the folder \MODS\STD.
Everything works perfectly!

@Blitz : Again thank you for this mod.

+1, works fine.

I'm a little confused... what does this mod do?

With this mod all aircraft made for the 4.09 are compatible with 4.10.

Objection!
Whether or not an aircraft made for 4.09 is compatible with 4.10 depends on a lot of things, not just the way the FM is encoded.

I tested all the aircraft on this list and everything works except the ETF-51D_Navy and B-29-SP:

Bf-110D-3
Bf-110E-1
Bf-110F-2

I have tested this mod, and it works well.

But id I use it on my install with the il2fb MOD for different coexistent installations, I always get a 60 % crash at loading the game (when I try without this mod, everything works dfine).

Any incompatibility between them ?

Chaoic, I think you're using the new 4.10 mods planes instead of aircraft 4.09. In my installation this was the problem, when I removed the new P-51A, Fw 190Early, Me 262B, A-20s, etc ... the problem disappeared. So I can use 4.09 planes only.

I hope this helps and sorry for my bad English.
