some BETA tester tell me Ryujo bug.



camera close to Ryujo, Hull polygons are missing.

But this bug doesn't occur in my PC/IL-2.
What problem is this, I have no idea.
He says other default ships and MOD ships have no such bug. only Ryujo.

a differnce to other MODs, in Ryujo Hier.him vector 0.7 0.7 1.0 downscaling ??
Normally vector have to be 1 1 1, use only to rotate, not scaling.
Why my PC/IL-2 have no problem?

Here are three obstacle sponsons.

only delete them.
They are in HullC02_d0_00.msh.

Bug report

Hi western0221, I have a bug to report on the ryujo

A5M4 Fighters can take off from the deck of the carrier, but A6M2-21, D3A1, B5N2 all airstart, I believe it may have something to with the carriers width for some reason, as I tried swordfish and they airstarted as well, has anyone else report this issue.

IL2 Sturmovik 1946 installation
Patch 4.10m
Mod Pack: 5.00 HSFX

I have triedd your other carriers and so far they look pretty good.

Hi Foxman2.

Its spawn problem is a feature of IL-2 1946 default "Carrire Take-Off" algorythm.
I see D3A or B5N start in air, but nothing bad at Ryujo MOD.

You can start D3A, B5N or Swardfish on Ryujo by enable "Carrire Take-Off MOD" at HSFX5's JSGME.

That might be it, I always fly with that MOD turned off, as while it does give extra aircraft, it (as of version 5.3. have not tried 5.4) rapidly extends the time the aircraft take to take off.

I give it a shot and see how it goes

I'm not satisfied in my franken...

I edited hight position higher, but then Ryujo's bow is made higher...
Low bow is a prominent point of Ryujo... How to draw it ? I puzzled.

Now! I make Z vector increase and z position decrease.
Then its bow will look like low I expect.
It's work in progress, not finish.
Deck and guns position become incorrect, I need to correct.
I need some days to do.

Looking well.

Some problems exist.... collision... hard to solve.
And if I can... shorten front deck in 3D model and hide cracks between deck and hull.

I'm just a little confused on which version to download here.Is the link on the first page of the thread the current version,or is it the BETA117 that's the latest version on page 8 of the thread,and is it compatible with 4.09m or not?The reason I ask is I tried installing it in my 4.09m with the SAS modact for previously modded games but,I got 70% ctd and it was the first version from page 1 that I installed.(update)also tried installing in HSFX5.01 with same result 70% ctd.According to the instructions I'm placing all the entries before the IJNCVGeneric entry, am I doing something wrong or does this mean something else in a different language( Where to insert is before to IJNCVGeneric.)
