so, my latest modact install, i cannot install new aircraft using these intructions.

Is the mod folder "#SAS"? Do I put the new planes in here?

I have put all air.ini etc correctly and put plane folder in il2/#SAS/plane name

still crashes at 70%

help!

The plane goes straight in #SAS.

Did you add the line to the right air.ini? It might be that you have multiple.

check the folder u installed, inside there should be a folder called 3do. If it is not there, the real plane folder will. Put that folder directly in your MOD aka #SAS# or #DBW#Folder

air.ini correct no duplicates,

my file setup is as follows: Il2/#SAS#/planefolder/3do

I also tried: il2/#SAS#/3do and other plane files

still crashing at 70%

I tried creating MOD file in il2 main folder and #SAS#, didnt work

tried another download, followed instructions to letter, still not working, tried many variations of this and still no prevail

considering a re-install, but first would it be useful to post a screenshot of my il2 main folder to see if I am missing anything, or my air.ini?

Post a screenshot of your #SAS folder. You might have too many aircraft/mods installed.

 open SAS folder push prt screen . you must upload it to photobuckhet or similar and copy direct link then open new topic push the image button just under the B for Bold button then it will apear atwo sets of img inbetween them you will have the marker.  paste the link in there and so you push post
