Back in old AAA (now AAS), there was a post (and I believe a mod) by Fly_Zo, dealing with 'girlfriend picks'. That's what I remember... Maybe it is still there

Its easy, Grab your girlfriend picture and put on some tape and stick it to the
computer monitor window...

...And that´s it!!
