I have failed to make it work. I put the jsgmemods folder inside the #SAS folder but nothing changed :/
can someone tell me how should I install it?

There should be the following folders in the download:

ZZ_Realistic Jet Exhaust/MODS/ZZRealistic Jet Exhaust/...

Copy the red folder into your MODS/#SAS folder and delete the Blue folders.
