Sani, that should cause smoke problems. If it's the same way you taught me I've tested it before and it will leak smoke. So I haven't released some other canopy mods I made :P. If this is a different way then I shall endeavour to take a look :)

hiSani, tried your mod yesterday, the ones at least related to the P-40's and found they don't work.
I run UP 2.01 with new POV got here at SAS, and the new P-40 wings mod from Chekyersix and Beowolff; set your mod before or after and still not working: any idea?

PS: got it working but then I have to choose between new wider POV by CirX or your mod....

have to correct myself Sani...
have tried qiute a lot but also when POV mod by CirX disabled, I can't get your mod working anymore....and I have no other FW mod: I'm puzzled, at least it was working before, Ican't figure out which other mod could be the cause!

Oh i think i found the trick.

POV mod from Cirix should be read FIRST by the game, so all planes with new canopies must come after it.

So just rename the folders likes this : OpenCanopy190; OpenCanopyP40E,M ; HurricaneCanopies. Cirix POV mod remains "01 POV Mods SASCirX Complete" and so on for the next ones.

But a problem remain, for exemple for the P40, the canopy open, you can hear the wind, but the structure of the canopy remains....maybe other mod conflict

Guys i noticed smokes from FW190 and P40 when test with me friend.I dont have latest butons but it works for me and for host but we can't see eachother that canopy slides.Why is that?for example open cockpits works great on La planes,so what is the point?

does anyone have problems running this mods online,i tried it online worked great at first then my p.c froze up as i tried to take off :( is this just for offline only :-\

they do work online as well kinda  but soon as you try to move the  or take off the screen freezes :'( .is there a stock mod for the 109 dont have the know how to add to air ini,that you have to do with freddys mod :(.
