Does this mod work with DBW 1.3? Or is maybe included there?

Into which folder do I put it? #DBW I assume ...

This one makes me wonder and I wouldn't recommend it for any GPU but the extremely low performing ones:
ForceShaders1x=1

Better set this to "ForceShaders1x=0" so you will have shader model 2 enabled.

Best regards - Mike

Where is/what's "shader model 2"?
Thx

Is it supposed to look like this at long distance like 50 miles?

Sceptre, if I remember well you have many issue with cockpit that your computer can't handle, so how you think to use this mod that is just for high end PC?

It is ONLY the F9F Panther and F-86 Sabre cockpits My rig can't handle.
Freddy's P-47 and MiG cockpits work fine, as do all my 45 odd mods.

Have I done something wrong in the install of this water?

Yep, it's using big textures, quite like the cockpits in question do.
You can either enable S3TC texture compression (use search function of the board to find relevant hits) or stay away from the big eye candy stuff.
Your screenshot easily shows serious GPU limitations, your graphics card obviously doesn't use Anti Aliasing, Anisotropic filtering or Trilinear optimization. Clear hints of a low end GPU or inappropriate settings, both of which would have to be cured first.
You just can't take your 80s Diesel Oldsmobile for a ride on the Indie 500.
