Wow that's odd Mick, mine is 25.1 gigs and takes 1 and a half minutes to launch, even with my 8 gigs of ram.

I think loading time is not so much dependant on size on disk, but more on # of files. I have the skinmod, markings mod and some reflection mods which are not big disk consumers, but contain a huge number of files.

If 1 extra memory dimm makes that much difference I will have to order 1 tonight!    :o
