yup! This version of QMB pro has the one bug we know of, when one ties to load the first pacific map of your session, it gives a datafile error, but it is a very new beta version, and Benitomuso has already been told of this, so expect improved versions as we go.  :)

Excellent! with the most 'atmospheric' load screen I've ever seen, and DCG works!

One happy puppy.

DBW installed and loaded without any problems. Flew a couple of missions over my favourite Solomons  map, and all I can say is  -  fantastic. DBW looks like it will be the one to concentrate one, no more adulterous liaisons with other mod packs!

GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED.

CirX,

I want to say thanks to you and all the others who have devoted their time and efforts into making Dark Blue World a reality. I thank you also for looking out for us "offline players". I don't know what percentage of IL-2 players are solely "offliners", but I suspect that the number is significant.

Installation was easy. Afterwards, I spent a few hours flying DBW and I am very happy with it. Thanks to people like you, this old game keeps getting better :)!

Cheers,

Riptide

The bug with corrupt data was before the last QMBPRO update and your adwise to refresh is working, so if you expirience corrupt data on a map just save the qmb settings you have push refresh and reload the settings and play.

Scramble in the QMB with carriers!  :o  :)

Indeed.... The carrier QMB missions are BLOODY BRILLIANT!!!  awe-some! FINALLY A DREAM COMMING TRUE!

Here attempting landing Ranwers B26 on carrier in bad weather

THANK YOU!!!

Takeoffs with any airplane in IL-2... ¿an Avia S199 in a Carrier?

But the results are not necessarily the best in landing: poor Sea Hurricane :(

Thank you guys, awesome work with this pack

I just installed this a short while ago...works nicely, I haven't used the QMB Mission Pro thing before but it looks nice and has a lot of options.  I haven't figured out how to do carrier missions though, do you have to make one in FMB first or something?  I get the "Corrupt Data 1" error but it goes away if I reset QMB and load a mission.  Anyway it looks nice and I am really looking forward to the AI mods being put in down the line, I was a bit bummed out that AI doesn't seem to be a priority for UP right now but I'm really happy that the Dark Blue team seems dedicated to providing offliners with the AI mods.  Thanks to everyone who is putting this together.

Quick question though, can DBW be used for co-ops, or is it really only recommended for being totally offline?  Having the AI mod is nice to have if you're doing co-ops.

Hi guys, loaded and running ok, the start up screens are visualy stunning. 8)

This edition cured some problems I was experiencing with the big skin mod in UP 3RC2, magic. ;)

Tried a few mod aircraft in the #DBW folder:

Dh-89a
A-26
Trimotor
DC-3B-Airliner
F6C4Hawk
L-72
LiberatorGR.V
Autogyro
HurricaneMkIIHercules
B-24D
D510
D570

All added as per CirX instructions, all the above working although I haven't fully tested them yet.

He-60 CTD. :(

Stationary aircraft 1.5 doesn't show the mod aircraft I've added.

Still exploring at the moment but initial impression is of a superbly put together pack just for us offliners.

Thank you very much to the SAS and UP teams who have worked so hard on this, much appreciated.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D
