Have any of you made the test of patching UP3 to RC3 stage and running DBW 1.1 over?

Is it supposed to work?

Build 1.1 is specifically made to go over RC3.

I remember your comments before the release of DBW1.1 that you were waiting for UP3 RC3 but I was not aware that being released before it was completely taking it into account.

If i only intend to play DBW, do i need to patch UP 3.0 to RC3? or will/have any updates been included in DBW 1.1?

DBW is made to work with the latest UP3 always. There is content that I deliberately do not put into DBW because it is of value to UP3 players also, and those come out in UP3 updates.

If i only play DBW, can i just make do with DBW updates? or do i need to update UP 3 aswell?

DWB works off, and so needs, things in UP. As CirX said, the two packs are able to work very efficiently together so nothing is overlapping. So, you need everything in UP (inc the latest updates)

Basically update UP and DBW as and when updates are available and you'll be all set for the next update without having to stress - pretty cool!

Installed UP3RC3 on top of DBW 1.1 today - no probs so far !!

Hi,

I am playing only offline with DBW Build1.1 over UP3.0. As there is a patch UP3.0 RC3 just released, do I have to install it or not ? Does this patch improve something to DBW1.1 ? I do not want to screw up my install !

:)It's OK, I have found the answer on another thread. I have installed UP3.0 RC2 then RC3 then reactivated DBW1.1 and all is fine !
