Best way to get DBW back?

Guys,

Had a serious HDD malfunction and have had to reinstall everything from scratch - luckily im well backed up - can you just give the reinstall procedure to get DBW back? Ie, from the IL2 1946 disc onwards? Do I need UP2.0?
