Quick Mission Builder Problem

Hello guys!!!

I've a problem... When i clic on Quick Mission Builder botton the game doesn't charge anything it appears a screen whit only the background image there aren't any options I don't know why I only know that the MODs aren't the cause of this

please if someone know something help me i'll be very grate to you
