May be you try uninstall this Nvidia control panel? for test ?Nvidia drivers issue  was very hard to fix for me on my WinXP, on second system win7 I have to reinstall all system, to get it work right.

El Burro questa Vista, sorry but I'm a bit vistrated. Last night issues rose, will be the last time in my life I re-install this crap.
Takes the usual 24hrs till I have all in an acceptable state  :P
Need to take care of soon arriving Guests, clean up, prepare and cook, so I can't stick with it, until next week.

 8) After the 2nd attempt to make up a new Sytem I have it in a fair state.
I use Clouds big 2.1a and can finally enjoy some damn good Clouds.

If for any reasons you guys thinking the previous version was better for you, let me know I may try to remove all issues and upload again, But i think 2.1a is eating less FPS from all previous version. I may be wrong :)

I just installed this cloud mod and WOW ! ---What a difference .This is a really cool mod ,  very realistic looking clouds . The game has real depth now. It's now one my favorite mods .   By the way , I'm running it on 4.10 and it works great

Sorry Zack, I can't answer your question, what I want to say again is that on my last install the latest version of this cloudmod looks totally awesome, beautiful at a high level of immersion! The shots I posted above don't do it justice, not my best choice.

I think ,mixing two mods may be problem, you may lost FPS  ect. this mod make clouds bigger, but i try save much FPS as possible, so please try  ;)
