hi
if it wasn't for the fact that your topic is relevant, i might have thought you were a bot.
how about a bit of a description as to exactly what you're wanting to do other than a list of links that we have to click to see?
what exactly do your A,B,C,D listings mean?  i find myself having to guess as to what exactly this post is about.... ::)
just a brief explanation....you know, a bit of humanity.  :)
say hi, and let us know what you're wanting to achieve with this list of yours, and how.... ;)

BTW. nice to meet you, Mahlzeit, hello, welcome, Szia, Dobar dan, never heard of knocking on the door before entering, it's simply kindness or friendliness matters, not to get your crown struck.
You don't talk much? Straight to the core, well then, good luck.

So So he is new here, he do not know that people here are doing stuff in theyre sparetime  ;)
Neither has he any idea that the wishlist he present to us is a hard year work round the clock. I wonder if he is aware of what kind of skins that is present here or in M4T.  :-X
And he probably think this is the place for us users to make sure the modders and skinners are efficience about theyre sparetime, so nothing of it spills away in sleeping and eating and other stuff modders and skinners belive they are entiteled to.  8)

Welcome mister you came in with a blast

There are tons of other sites with Skins, their Links already posted here.
My Skinfolder containing the collections from others is way over 90 GBs,
I dare to say he ever will have this too, apart from that he needs to register on most of the
sites to download these Skins. If he's searching the easy way, grab and go, he's definitely wrong.
The Simple way of a Skin-request is of small amount, where he has a slight
chance of finding someone to do it. But posting sth. like that, pointing to
our well known probs/needs is very arrogant.
Let him collect this stuff by himself, like everyone of us did. If he would register on these sites and
started searching for them, he could have 50% of his wishlist already, dunno where he's searching at
or what he's waiting for, others doing this for him?
If he doesn't digg deeper and get out of his seat, he will never find what he wants.

I know he's watching/reading this, no flaming or insults, excuse my harsh words.
just a pointing to his genlte art of not saying a simple PLEASE or THANKS or hell knows

Speaking of which, are the skins from IL2 Skins and Sturmovik Technica available anyplace?

I'm kicking myself that I didn't download everything from those sites years ago when I had the chance.

Noah, don't be nitpicky, "less", sounds better, you're right. :-[ My bigmouth, sorry for that. I'll give him Starthilfe,
like ADAC or Yellow Angels do, I'm no ugly guy.  :-X
One usefull link to start with,
Code: [Select]
https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,1085.0.html Prepare to beat some time.
another one browsing the Skinsection here or use the tiny Searchbox/option or LINKS on any Site or Forum, with these options you should have to do for weeks, your Router burning, you getting less sleep while picking all files manually, still lacking? You missed some sites or LINKS, don't blame others for that.
During my studies I had some time to beat, instead getting bored I used to collect Skins over our broadband conection in the faculty. Ugly chicks walking around, a cat on a diet, no money for orgies, not the real student life, but I don't wanna complain.

Fokker DXXI to my knowledge already skinned in a historical state, dutch, danish, finnish, more than his WPN.ru sites claims there to have been around. In wartime pics not much to see, I can't read dutch/finnish, but own the publications, what we have is really what you get. Maybe some few finnish missing, at least me haven't got no interest. Bad boy!
In general for all Skins:
On paper/Wikipedia production numbers a always showing more, but that's another pair of shoes. i.e. Who is he going to blame if a plane was built in over 500 examples, but reality gives only 20 or 30 war-time pics, how should we create things even his WPN.ru refuses to show up?

Same for the Do 335, what a luck that I worked on this myself to the tiny amount of historical Resources, still came out more WPN.ru claims to know. Only 2 or 3 of these Profiles turned out to be historical, the rest of the Mob you can throw into the bin, not worth mentioning or skinning. How can I be more precise? Blame other skinners for not making more of them? Not everybody can afford hundreds of Euro for Literature.

He 111, Ju 88-87, or
Ms 406/Mörkö, both FAF and french already skinned in a wide spread terrain, the 3 other german planes he should get in an affordable state too, by different Skinners. Where is he searching? Any other place than WPN.ru?

G-50, not much resources, same with WPN.ru, what we lack is more Skinners skinning already skinned. Here we need, but not really, as 90% has been done.

CR.42, has some gaps to fill, with the new Template done by a Aviaskins-Member. These gaps occure in historical resources, for WPN.ru it is in an acceptable range, or how I should call this: they have all been skinned once or multiple times for WPN.ru standard.

Re.2000 is already skinned very well for the italian site/WPN.ru standard, why? In lack of resources, there's not much to see on war-time pics, you have tons of unpainted lying around at the Reggiane factory in bare-metal, lacking any marking or paint, should I post 60 or more blank bare metal Re.2000's where I have b/w pictures intended for Regia service in different shades of grey/blue?
"Let's fly Bare-Metal_Re_2000no20.bmp today, I'm sick of flying Bare-Metal_Re_2000no47.bmp all the time."
Who would make use of them or download that stuff? Should go into the fun section! so means less projects for skinners. Unless they want to dig for less interesting bare-metals, RHAF or swedish ones.
To my surprise I could find a basis to start a hungarian/RHAF Skinpack, outnumbering all known italian ones ever photographed. It is a matter of such lucky circumstances, having a working Template, then good resources, Vitamin B, which makes it interesting to think about. In this case not for the Regia but for RHAF, very curios, but that's life. Expect some more. Still I know he would cry for more Regia Reggies.

G-55, no public template there, historical resources to give at least 20 Skins? For me not attractive to skin, excuse me, if resources are fruity I'll think about, if they lack everything else, that's life too.

The problem with WPN.ru is known for Skinners, non-Skinners use to fell into a trap-like thing believing all the stuff that is posted there. If they do, it's not our prob. We have discussed this endlessly over at M4T in recent Years.
WPN.ru being a pool of both historical, semi and fictional brainchilds from all-over the web, basicly in trust to the publication or artist who draw them. The idea is cool, but what we see is highly questionable.
A serious Skinner would not trust WPN, but his time-consuming resources he dug out from anywhere else. It can be helpfull if it has another variation of a historical Profile, but that's all.

Another one being the Template problem CirX stickied in one post, this too means less Skins for you customers.
For you Customers, but for majority of the usual un-advanced Skinners too, this means NO ACCESS TO ALL Areas. Simply be lucky for every single Skin been made by Skinners, fictional or not, pro or not, as long as they produce, you know someone cares, let us not waste time on things we can't change or force. It's how things work. Let us all hope we get new talented Skinners and Templates, not ending applications, getting caught and maybe have interest and the will to please us.

I wasn't aware we had a TBD-1 Devastator in the sim.  Does anyone have a link to it or is this the one "promised" in the 4.11 patch?
