Hi, I have bought a new laptop, I have installed DBW 1.6, it works like a charm, with exception of larger maps e.g. Thailand, Philippines, War over Italy.... But the large Alpine map works fine. Could someone help? I am a bit confused, all smaller or medium-sized maps load fine but the large ones... They freeze and then I get kicked out...

2 cores, 4 threads
Intel Turbo Boost 2 with frequency 2,9 GHz
Max TDP: 35 W
4 GB DDR3 1066 MHz
Max. 8 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GT540M with 1024 MB own memory
15,6" TFT LCD with LED
resolution: 1366 x 768
hard disk:
750 GB

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

In the IL-2 selector of DBW 1.6 please try to adjust the RAM settings and enable Expert Mode and LAA flag.
Safe RAM settings are usually 256MB or 512MB.
If you have checked these already, please try quite large ones for comparison, like 1200MB.

OK, THX friend, it works! I gave it 1000 RAM usage + 4GB Address space and that is it!
