Converting offline campaign to online campaign

I would like to convert JastaV's Pacific 41-45 DCG campaign to online coop but I'm not sure of the steps involved.  Can someone advise please?
I put it into DGen as per the readme instructions and I generated a mission with DCG but when trying to open it in FMB I get the map and the window stating mission loading but no waypoints etc.

Hi,
I have made some quick campaign starts with my old UP 2.01 for the RAF,JA and US career! Seems that the campaign works fine offline, but I am not an online expert! Sorry!
