Sorry for my long absence from this thread. It's been a while since I put hands on 4.10.1m stuff.
Regarding 4.12.1m compatibility, let me repeat a statement from the initial post:

You need some of the big mod packs being around, either HSFX or UP3 (with or without DBW on top).
This pack is not compatible with Stock 4.10.1m since it needs a whole lot additional stuff (might be possible to add everything manually, but it's strictly unsupported).

This is meant right as you read it. This "Jugs reloaded" version relies on many, many additional stuff being part e.g. of HSFX, UP3 or DBW. It's neither in Stock 4.10.1m nor in Stock 4.12.1m.
The mod itself would be more or less compatible with 4.12.1m but you'd have to manually add the additional requirements to it.

Cutting the long story short:
Thanks to barrett_g there will be a new version available, compatible with 4.12.1m, soon.
To give you some impression, this is what we're working on:

• Include the whole bunch of available Jugs in one pack, from -B to -N (the version in this thread contains 4 -D stock models only)
• Implement additional ordnance options based on their historical usage, e.g. Napalm and Cluster Bombs.
  This sums up to more than 1.200 (!) available ordnance options.

All we have to ask you for is a little patience. We're working on it and as soon as there's something more or less usable you'll get the chance to grab it in another WIP thread.

Just to clarify this:
1.200 is the total number of all current ordnance options of all Jug models together with a peak of more than 200 ordnance options on the adopted P-47N-15.

Yes that's being worked on.
There's been some delay for Modact development and since finishing the Whirlwind eventually had higher priority, but we're slowly catching up with a fully revamped Jugs pack.
