I look forward to the  E bomber  8) (own slot) as well, the last of the main bomber type/versions missing from the Luftwaffe order of battle, especially important  service on Western front 1941-1942 i.e. Dieppe, Baedecker raids,  anti shipping out over the bay biscay, even saw service along side later K and M models in 1943 1944 night raids. I remember the airfix kit, faults and all,  The Do217 E is an attractive looking bomber,  a more heavier version of do17  8)

gio did a Do.217E in own slot.  It is out there somewhere.  I have it in my DBW with all the other 217s, 17s and 215s.
