Kapteeni has been quite silent lately, so I decided to share my work myself.

I've finished editing this map and mainly the airfields which should now look like they were (according to the information I've got).
The ice bases of F19 are on their correct places depending on the accuracy of the landscape. It is a pity that we don't have Salla and Rovaniemi on this map.
With the ice base runways I had to use my own imagination.

The maps are a little bit different if you're flying Winter War or Continuation War which you'll notice in FMB.

If you have a working map already you have only to download this package

unzip it and copy-paste to your maps folder.

In all.ini you have to make these changes:

ag_Suomussalmi_Winter_39-40 ag_Suomussalmi/load_WinHard.ini
ag_Suomussalmi_Summer_41-44 ag_Suomussalmi/load.ini
ag_Suomussalmi_Autumn_41-44 ag_Suomussalmi/load_Aut.ini
ag_Suomussalmi_Winter_41-44 ag_Suomussalmi/load_Win.ini

I personally use HSFX 6 and everything works fine. I can't give any advice for those who are using DBW, but I hope/think you'll manage with this.

Edit, nope, the textures do not match and the additional folders miss from the map I have from post one here.

To be honest I don't remember which one I use (I think it is Kapteeni's version) , but it shouldn't matter.
If the map doesn't work I'd try to download and assemble (copy-paste) the _Tex folder of Kapteeni (link on page 6). Also resizing the texture files which are mentioned before in these posts should help.

Will try to do a jet version for it if today's Kharma let's me do it  ...already lost and found my purse and in general this week was my Kharma's way to tell me I suck...

Already made one jet version of this area for agracier's map. Can't wait for agracier's next desert map..if there is one planned. Love desert and Tundra sort of landscapes for jets. A beauty and space we need to fully enjoy jet flights (IMHO).

PS..well..FMB+ always made me crash last day and then my PC connection got lost..plus I got sick...so sorry, no net, no work, no anything atm.
Also thanks to my provider who cut off hundreds of customers last day it seems.

Good work Jami. I have been busy with real life...
But i'll be back eventually.

To be honest, i'm not happy with towns of Oulu and Tornio. My bad. i was too lazy when making those...They need a bit altering, but other than that with new airfields map is awesome. Thanks to Agracier too.

if I get some time I will try and give a shot at repopulating Oulu and Tornio! 

Another thing: what about the ICE problem? We need the ice if the Finnish volunteers are not going to drown in their Gladiators and Harts!
