Blank Gauges?

I have no idea if anyone else has had this problem but on the P-51C and on the Hurricanes the gauges are all blank and on many parts of the cockpit it has no textures.

I already did a fresh install of il2 patched to 4.01 and download UP3 again today and the gauges are still missing.

What should I do next?  Something in UP3 is not working correctly for me.
