That's what it looks like to me.
Canopy frame and stabilizer supports scream Emil, wings are obviously not.

I wonder if it wasn't a decoy plane, cobbled together from parts and never intended to fly.

Not incredible,more unlikely:
If the fuselage was from a Bf109E-,the right wing (possibly from a Bf109F-)
It looks more like a photomontage:
The right wing is too low compared to the attachment points, and the white background is reminiscent of a trick.
It was my opinion before I found this photo:

I'm still not convinced ;)

Given the dodgy fitting of the wing I'm going to guess its a russian hack job for the cameras.

possibly... it's like Churchill emphasizing the extraordinary bravery of the enemy in order to cover his back

I did some research and it could be a 109F0. 46 F0 was made, but the F0 series was never fully finished, before the F1 was but into production.

The bf 109F was based on the Emil fuselage mounted with the new rounded wings, and the new engine.   Stabilizer supports was later removed on the F0, but could have been present on the first F0's as the tail part did pose some significant problems on the new F fuselage

The pictures are probably from the summer 1943, and later when people obviously have stripped it from aluminum.

Here is a wartime picture of the same plane, same pose. I see very little propaganda value in this picture.

The tail problems in the F were with the fuselage attachments not the stabilisers.

I've checked all my books on the F series and cant find a single prototype or early F-0 with the old E struts on it.
