the supermarine scimitar was a multirole fighter for the british navy, and it proved itself to be a very useful aircarft. it was effective as an interceptor, a fighter, an attack aircraft, and a nuclear strike aircraft.

It was one of the worst carrier planes in history and had a HORRIBLE record. Of 75 built most were lost in landing accidents. Still, would be fun to have flying around.

i agree it was hard to land (considering only 75 were built) but performance in the air was not half bad
