when i try try to release chocks to take off when hooked up to a catapult, my game crashes. it could be any of three mods
1. the F-4E
2. jetwar 1.2
3. SAS AI and carrier mod

i removed the phantom and it still happened.

ive tried this on multiple game versions (DBW 1.71 and SAS modact) i think its 1956. i tried removing the AI/carrier mod and it still didnt work. (im running 4.10.1 [obviosly])

As I have a similar problem on all take offs  from carriers, crash to desktop i mean, how can i check the error log? i've never done it before and i don't know how to do it. running 4.09m highly modded game

yes Malone i've modified my conf ini, still i don't know what to do in game and when in order to see the log. in the thread they don't say it...

just look for the log file in your game root folder....default it's called log.lst, but you can change it to another name in the conf.ini, if you like.
it is generated automatically, so no need to do anything....you simply check it when the game crashes/ends. ;)

well malone, thanks, i've managed to open my log, only problem now is that i don't know how to "read" all that data in order to find out what crashed my game at take off from carrier...  what should i look for?
