I have 4.10 with DBW 3.06 v1.5.2
Can I run the latest 4.11 patch with this?
Do I have to reinstall everything clean?

Such version number of DBW is nothing.
"3.06 v1.5.2" is SASModAct or IL-2 Selector's version number.
You can see DBW's version number in LOADING:xx% screen.

No. Cannot.

Do I have to reinstall everything clean?

Yes. You have to do.
You have to install "other name folder" to existent MODDed DBW folder.
You have to keep MODDed DBW folder as is now.

Then, you can use "4.07m to 4.11m SuperPack (includes direct-2-drive patch, includes no-cd exe)" to new installed folder.
