Bright Reticles for the SpitfireMkIX series.

This will solve the missing bright reticles problem for the Spitfire MkIX series. The MkIXe loads from the MkIXc cockpit folder but uses different reticle files.

To install just drop the SpitfireMkIX_Reticles folder in your Mods folder making sure it loads before any other SpitfireMkIXc cockpit mod.
