Here is my small version for DBW, it is actually small enough to be attached in this post, but this amphibian wonder is still there except the skin collection
This special version for DBW is made compatible with my fixes in DBW and unnecessary files are removed to get a neat little pack that doesn't conflict with your possible L-5 cockpit repaint and won't edit your L-5 without floats (original version gives Fi 156 FM for the ground variant and removes the artillery spotter loadouts).
Just unpack into your #DBW folder, no air.ini editing required.
Use only skins in L-5_STOL-Float folder from that download in your DBW and unpack them to
your PaintSchemes\Skins\L-5_Sentinel_Float folder, if you want.
Known bugs:
- The floatplane version gets some severe roll vibration around 200 km/h that oddly gives forward thrust. With this vibration you can fly forever and climb with engine off and it stops only after you somehow manage to slow down. This vibration doesn't happen with the heavy rocket pylons present. This is likely caused by FM and happens also in stock DBW with or without rocket pylons, but L-5 ground variant doesn't have this bug.
- Duplicated loadout list because of COD file included in DBW, loadouts seem to work OK.
