i went to dcg site but didn't find it

could anyone tell me where it is?? maybe it's just me but i looked all over lowengrin's site but didn't find the aforementioned dcg version 3.47 and is it totally compatible with the latest dbw? I would very much appreciate ant help given to finf the dl link once again, thank you for your patience and any help given. cheers semper fi!!
