I just finished an excellent book about Hilfzkreuzer/Raider Atlantis/Schiff 16/Raider C.
It's interesting you would bring this up , Col King. I think the Auxilliary Cruisers/Raiders could be tricky to portray sim-wise, as they adapted a different visual guise (paint jobs, flags, dummy funnels and deck hardware) every couple of months. I'd love to see someone give it a go , though.

It might be possible to code the appearance of guns with a range-to-enemy as the coding trigger , but she
would have to have a singular appearance.
Hidden/Disquised Guns
Still they were a fascinating , effective part of the German War Effort.
