4.10 60% load fail

i just downloaded and installed Version 4.09 and 4.10 to my il 2 game then i started it up and it stop loading then closed at 60 % please help  :(

you are not telling the whole story.
you had 4.07 by default, i bet you skipped the 4.08 upgrade...

I didnt install a new aircraft and i cant even find the air.ini file

Is your install in C:/Program Files (x86)?
If so, move it.

If not, check that you installed 4.07m -> 4.08m -> 4.09m (NOT 4.09b1m) -> 4.10 -> 4.101

If you plan to go to 4.11, backup your 4.101 install in case you want to use DBW or UP or HSFX.
Then 4.101m -> 4.11m -> 4.11 hotfix

make sure you have the latest buttons and the DiffFM tool.

No you don't need this yet.

If your install is in the default location (C:\ Program Files (x86)\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946) then move it out of program files or it will not allow modifications.

but i modded it before and it worked fine


(on version 4.08 (the one so you can fly unflyable aircraft))

my il 2 game is located on the G drive


And i figured out whats wrong i had 4.08b1m or what ever it was but thanks very much for help
