I think you just do it in the jsgme option. I remember it was in there. If not just put it in #SAS folder. you might change the values in conf.ini also simular to mine but with your resolution

If you use save aspect = 1 then the game will be widescreen, but the menu still with sidebars. To activate the mod, just switch it on with jsgme.
