Superb!  These kind of fixes really do make a huge difference to the game.
Other types that really could do with some love are the He-111 and Ju-87 spinners, plus the Beaufighter cowlings.  Looking forward to giving the Fortress a go now.  Thanks!

The only thing I wish somwone would fix on the B-17s is that the radiator flaps have no animation.

Yes, it's a shame, in Blenheim is the same. Would improve if they were lively enough, but still have not gotten that far, I'm starting in the modding.

Did you fix the mapping issues, too?

I hate to be so annoying/nerdy, but the B17 is a 'Flying Fortress' not a 'Super Fortress', which is the B29. Doesnt make the new cowlings any less good though!!!
