I am still playing catch up here! Only just got V3 installed which is brilliant. Have just downloaded V4 and can't wait to play it later. Awesome stuff Vpmedia! And of course Max - your skins are legendary.

So, what's v5 got in store for us Vpmedia? I am guessing at this rate it will be released by tomorrow?

I did everything I could for DBW-1916. Upgraded all the aircraft skins, the cockpits, the pilot skins, some of the map and vehicle textures. Added 3 new aircraft which were not in the DBW.1.71 package, a complete new GUI and a pretty extensive effects mod. Just to mention the most important ones. There are a few java & 3d problems for which I dont have the skills to solve, if a fix becomes available, that will be included in v1b5 version. Same if new planes like Fokker E.III or Dr.1 become available. Not much else is planned.
I see lots of stuff at aviaskins.com but I dont know about the availability of that material.

I hope sooner or later all the aircrafts I'm seeing on screenshots becomes available for ww1.

Today I got home from work and went to delete the old version (V1b3) I had of the VPmedia package
and installed a clean fresh one of the V1B4. Everything is working fantastic, and I love the new
changes to the skins too. Very nice addition on those default skins for the airplanes, including the
new Camel skin! Bravo Sir! Good work mister Istvan. This is a great package.

I was almost finished with painting some more skins this afternoon (I have about 40 new skins - Sorry, the other 23 went into the garbage) and was starting tests on a new template for the Fokker E.III, when I got a bad telephone call.
One of my best cousins had died during the night in the hospital  Very sad news, he was a great guy and still very young (only 57). I believe he passed away because of prostate cancer.
Tomorrow, I will be attending funeral services and will not be doing any painting on these skins.
But,
I will come back to this on wednesday and post some new goodies for you all.
