I got V4 installed last night. Can't thank you enough for this. The new Camel looks incredible, the skins, the maps, the objects, the screens all of them are brilliant.

Like you Vpmedia, I would love to see WW1 given more attention and I think what you have done here may inspire a few people!

The package is really great! Thanks a lot. Now we need somebody with skills to bring the battlefield to life. Explosions for example. Love to see more of WW1 into IL2.

Max - you went above and beyond in giving me the path to DBW - I can't thank you enough for this. I'm saddened to hear about your loss. Know that your extraordinary efforts in keeping the amazing experience that IL2 is alive and vibrant; are deeply appreciated by many people (like me) who you have never met face to face. Really sorry for your loss, Max. I totally agree about the enjoying the moment idea, because you never know when it's going to be over.
I was so busy with the new planes, that I didn't noticed this great update with all the new stuff. Thanks a lot VPmedia.

Thank you good friends for your condolences and kind words. Many friends and family attended his funeral services, so
he was not alone. He was very much loved by all and will be missed very much. May he rest in peace and not suffer from
cancer anymore. My cousins name was Tony, so make a beer or a drink toast in his name, and wish him a pleasant trip into
the arms of the All Mighty who controls our destiny. May God bless you.

Now,
on to some good news,
I am almost finished with the first package of new skins for these cool aircraft. I will post them tomorrow night for you!
I think your going to like these new WW1 skins for your WW1 flights.

It will take some time to paint all airplanes, because there are so many to choose from, but all planes will have new skins.
They deserve new skins because they are such cool aircraft to fly.
I defenitly think so. I am also a great fan of those classic WW1 fighters.

I am trying my best to create new templates for these new skins to fit these airplanes better than before, because all the other skins are
just from other mod-airplanes, and do not fit these new aircraft properly.
That means alot of new canvas stretching, new stitches, new wood, new roundels, new rivets, many many new things for each new airplane.
So these skins will only fit one type of airplane model.... Only 1 type.
They will not look good on any other airplane models.

If time permits, I will be painting 3 new airplanes every week and posting them for you to enjoy them also as
much as I am.

One question: did you noticed that the FokkerDVII and the Se.5a which share the same 3d model have their exhaust pipes swithched.
I mean that currently the DVII has the Se.5a's long exhaust pipe.
