Can't find this link now but this http://www.heavenschild.com.au/lunation40.html  seems just as useful!

Also yhis https://www.calendar-12.com/moon_phases/1945 and for instance https://www.calendar-12.com/moon_phases/1942. I assume one can work out continental time from the UTC time
