I request these two skins, I was looking in my skin folder and I think they are missing.

Fanatic, have a look here, six packs by Pegasse, they fit both Hawk75-A3 and A4. Pegasse is a great artist!

what is a "proper" french skin? There plenty of them for 75-A4.

I haven't found a single skin for a french 75A-4. You can understand them by looking at the exchausts.

There was a very small number of P36 A4 in service, most sent in North Africa after the armistice, used by the Gc II / 5, for a short time (Summer 1940), because of recurring engine problems after  30 to 50 hours of operation.
