it's romanian,

the red circle was erased by time. the guys at the museum didn't took care about this plane. as well about all the things at the military aviation museum

I hate my gouverment for not caring about our own history.
Still we have a bunch of planes that are wasted in airfields like Migs-21 and IL-28 or MI-8.
