can´t install BB_NV_51st map

I tried to install this map and I get the ext error:
World.land()LoadMap()error:java.lang.Runtime.Exception:" Landscape BB_North_Vietnam_51st./load.ini"loading error
I ´ve added the line in the all.ini. I ll preciate any help to solve this. Thanks in advance.
