I don´t quite understand that question, but you want to install the mod packages into your
new IL-2-1946 game?
Forget the UltraPack 2.0 (it dates from 2009), we have move forward to newer and more improved things.
.
This is what I did with my install...
.
You better keep a clean version of the game with patch up to 4.11.1m.
To "Mod" the il-2 game, you may ONLY use patch up to 4.10.1m.

Here is what you need to do.... FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS TO THE WORD if you want this to work properly.

THIS will take you about 3+ hours to do (maybe more), so be prepared for it.

Let´s begin-
Make sure to make a de-fragmentation of your harddrive disc FIRST to write all the important stuff neatly into your pc!
- THIS IS A MUST DO ! So, go do it!
I don´t care if you did it last week, do another one!
This may take some time to do, so let the computer finish doing it until the end.
Then...re-start your computer and wait 2 or 3 minutes.

next...
let´s start out with a CLEAN IL-2-1946 version install.

1- Install the game from DVD...or whatever you got it from.

Then add-Install ALL patches as follows...

2 - 4.08m - can be found on the CD, install from there

3 - 4.09m - download from here and install - http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=3764

4 - 4.10m - download from here and install - http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=3993

5 - 4.10.1m - http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=4044

DO NOT ADD ANY MORE PATCHES. Stop here with the patching part

Make any changes to your game settings now and change whatever you want on the "conf.ini  game" settings
to your liking  (if you know how)... if you do not know how.... DON´T TOUCH IT!

Next download Ultrapack version 3.0 ... via Torrent if possible

2 - UP 3.0 RC4 Client Patch - http://ultrapack.tuttovola.org/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=3

3 - Download and install into #UP# folder a Diff-Fm for UP 3.0 RC4.

This will allow you to later install new mod-airplanes into the Ultrapack 3.0/RC4 version

Yep... it is designed to work on any version 4.07/4.08/4.09/4.10 or 4.10.1

When you mentioned to install DBW can I install it in the game with UP3 or in another instal of Il-2 Sturmovik

DBW use UP 3 as a base, You will have a selector that give you a choise to run cleaan UP 3 or DBW you can also mod those packs different since the mod is named differently.
