No sound

I so I ran IL-2 and ther was no sound I went to the sound set up the Play music has off with a red band thing over it so I coulden't turn it on HELP!!!!

no the sound on my computer is fine, but in the sound options place it wont let me turn the play music option on, so I can't hear anything.
