My apologies to all lovers of soviet cold war classic and all aviation enthusiasts who is interested in this project. When I was finalizing all features and making a final bug fixing, I've understood that Mi-8 with a HRS3 cockpit is just a no go for me, so I've decided to go further and convert cockpit also (which was quite painful, so I did what I could do without an original 3ds max file).
