Christmas Update
Thanks to Epervier for bug check in archive and great editors work with Java classes we got that Christmas update.
Mostly for 4.09 users From now you got equal with 4.10 seasonal damage for Locomotive. And 4.10 version minor bug corrected.

For 4.09 users Just modify some rows in techniks.ini (410 users check and correct, if necessary!)
